Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 -1 cup full-fat coconut milk (low-fat coconut milk or another plant-based milk will work, but full fat makes the nuce cream creamier)

Instructions

  1. Using a food processor or high powered blender, blend until smooth. It should resemble a thick milkshake or soft serve ice cream.
  2. Freeze for at least two hours or until frozen.
  3. Scoop with spoon or ice cream scooper.
