Meal Prep Cooking Workshop

Join us for a plant-based meal prep workshop featuring local, sustainable produce from member farms of the Farm Alliance of Baltimore. You will learn how to make seasonal dishes and how to meal prep for the week. You will also receive healthy recipes, shopping lists and more. This is a cooking demo and workshop. Food will be served during the workshop.

We’ll also explore how the gut affects our physical and mental health.  You will receive handouts on prebiotic, probiotics, HCl, digestive enzymes and fermented food. We’ll have samples of probiotic, prebiotic, and fermented foods and drink.
