Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or agave
  • 1 tablespoons dried dill leaves
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon sea salt¬†
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 diced red onion or 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion (scallions)
  • 6 cups sliced cucumbers

Instructions

  1. Whisk vinegar, sugar/agave, dill leaves, pepper and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add cucumbers and onions and toss to coat with the dressing.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minutes, before serving.
